Edamame

Couldn’t be easier really. I buy them frozen, I throw about a ½ a cup per person in a pan with a splash of boiling water from the kettle. I let them come to the boil for 30 seconds then I drain them and throw over a very generous sprinkling of salt and a small pinch of sugar. Toss and eat.
