This is a sweet mellow dressing for a green salad, and it’s great with tomato salads, or on top of mozzarella.
Ingredients
1 tsp mustard 2 tsp balsamic vinegar 6 tsp olive oil pinch of salt and pepper- Shake the ingredients together in a jam jar, or whisk together
- Pour teaspoon-ful by scant teaspoon-ful over salad leaves, tossing well – don’t over dress the salad
- Or take a mellower tone with a green salad and a balsamic vinaigrette (1tsp mustard, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, 6 tsp olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper)
